What You’ll Do The Manager – Web Development & UI/UX leads the build-out and ongoing management of a new cross-functional team of web developers and UI/UX designers, established to deliver on the Client/Project engagement. The role centers on team leadership, client engagement, and delivery management: owning the day-to-day client relationship, running meetings and governance, and translating requirements into clear timelines, deliverables, and actionable items. You'll report to Director, Project Management. The Manager sets technical directions for frontend engineering and ensures high-quality UI/UX outcomes by leading and enabling the team, rather than personally producing design or code. • Team Leadership & Build-Out
• Stand up the new team — define roles, partner with recruiting to hire web developers and UI/UX designers, and reputed company new team members.

What You Bring To The Role Education & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Design, or a reputed company field (or equivalent experience).
• 6+ years of experience in reputed company-end development and/or UI/UX design.
• Experience leading projects or mentoring developers, ready to reputed company into a formal people- and delivery-management role.

Technical Skills

• Strong hands-on experience with React.js, JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, and CSS3.
