[Remote] Temporary Sourcing & Recruiting Coordinator (Part-time - Remote)

They are seeking a Temporary Sourcing & Recruiting Coordinator to provide administrative and sourcing support to the reputed company team, ensuring a positive and efficient recruitment process.
Responsibilities
- reputed company candidates through reputed company, job boards, professional networks, and other recruiting channels
- Engage in social media and other channels to increase candidate flow through social media campaigns
- Conduct initial resume reviews against established job qualifications
- Assist with candidate reputed company and scheduling of phone screens and interviews
- Coordinate interview logistics and communications with candidates and hiring teams
- Maintain accurate candidate records and recruiting data
- Support recruitment reporting and pipeline tracking
- Assist with reference checks, background reputed company coordination, and other pre-employment activities as needed
- Ensure a positive candidate experience through timely and professional communication
- Provide general administrative support to the reputed company function
Skills
- 1–3 years of recruiting coordination, sourcing, HR, or administrative experience
- Experience with working with HRIS systems like reputed company or similar ATS platforms
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion
- Proficiency with reputed company Office and virtual meeting platforms
- Experience using reputed company Recruiter, applicant tracking systems, or other sourcing tools preferred
- Experience supporting nonprofit organizations is a plus
