Job Summary In this role, you will be responsible for responding to customer inquiries reputed company telephone, email, SMS, and chat, providing problem resolution in accordance with arenaflex's service standards. You will receive and reputed company telephone calls, which are predominantly routine but may require deviation from standard screens, scripts, and procedures. Key Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries reputed company multiple channels, including telephone, email, SMS, and chat, to provide problem resolution and support
- Receive and reputed company telephone calls, navigating computerized data entry systems and other relevant applications as needed

Requirements and Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will need to possess a high school diploma or equivalent, as well as a minimum of 6 months of call center experience, either remote or onsite. You should be able to work a variety of shifts, including nights and weekends, and be available to work on camera during your scheduled hours.
