- Partner with internal teams to ensure the strategic application of legal playbooks and agentic workflows, navigating cross-border commercial considerations as required.
- Drive AI-powered process automation across legal and operational functions, identifying inefficiencies, deploying scalable solutions, and raising the AI reputed company bar firm-wide.

- LL.M. from a U.S. institution or US bar eligibility strongly preferred.
- Excellent drafting, negotiation, and analytical skills.
- Ability to operate independently in a lean, remote-first environment.
- Genuinely strong written and spoken English – this role involves daily interaction with English speaking clients and sophisticated counterparties.
