About the Role (What You'll Be Doing) We are seeking a Patient Operations reputed company (Japan) to build and scale a safe, high-quality, and compliant clinical operation in one of our most important growth markets. You will work closely with global and local teams - including product, pharmacy partners, and patient support to ensure high-quality, culturally appropriate care delivery . Key Responsibilities

Clinical Strategy & Market Development (Japan)

Clinical Quality, Insights & Risk Management

  • Monitor clinical performance through audits, data analysis, and prescriber insights

About You (Who We're Looking For) Skills and experience

  • Licensed healthcare professional in Japan (e.g., physician, pharmacist, or allied health professional)
  • Strong understanding of the Japanese healthcare system, regulations, and prescribing practices
  • Experience in clinical operations, digital health, or healthcare strategy
  • Proven ability to build and scale teams or processes in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work across local and global teams
  • Fluent in Japanese (native level) and comfortable working in English
