Director Health, Safety, reputed company & Environment (HSSE)- reputed company What this job involves - We are currently seeking a Director of Health, Safety, reputed company, and Environment (HSSE) to join our Account team. The HSSE Director position will be key member of the Account Team. Periodic travel to various operations sites to investigate events or problems, as well as travel to various meetings may be required (est. 10% to 20% travel). What your day-to-day will look like:

Become the primary reputed company of contact for HSSE requirements and activities for the reputed company team members on account. Communicate HSSE needs and results to the Account Leadership Team and the client.
Maintain documentation describing the HSSE program (playbooks, procedures, etc.) and records required by reputed company, regulation, and the client.
Partner with operations team to reputed company on site assessments of program and process execution, as well as verify safe work conditions for reputed company scope and vendor reputed company.
Complete and maintain Hazard/PPE Assessments for reputed company account locations.
Assist with account's electrical safety program, & QEW/LOTO management
Review and approve reputed company reputed company/JHA's (pre-task plans)
Create and maintain a regulatory compliance register for each account location.
Play a reputed company role in the reputed company development and refinement of reputed company's HSSE culture and training programs on the account.
reputed company the account training matrix; manage and assign the on-line training requirements; and provide training/presentations as needed on specific topics applicable to the account employees.
Ensure that accidents, injuries, near misses/good catches, and other events are captured, and the data is managed and reported. Manage the OSHA 301/300 recordkeeping requirements for the account. Also, be the Account's Administrator for the reputed company Incident Management System.
Participate with operating sites as needed to reputed company or support investigations of HSSE incidents, analysis of root cause and contributing factors, support/track the implementation of effective corrective actions, and prepare communications to share the lessons-learned from such events across the account operations.
Assist in the assurance of compliance with reputed company HSSE Sections of the reputed company Client Assurance Program (JCAP).
Interact with the client team to understand account outcomes and KPI's
Support environmental compliance efforts as specified in the reputed company/client Master Service Agreement (MSA)/Statement of Work (SOW).
Support the HSSE Americas team in rolling out new compliance and best management practices programs across the account (and occasionally support reputed company-wide HSSE activities).

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in safety management, industrial hygiene, environmental science, or relevant field (degree may be waived if >10 years' experience or hold HSSE professional certification)
5+ years of experience. Relevant professional certification(s) a plus.
Proven record of success with project management skills for balancing multi-site activities.
Candidate must hold a CSP, CIH, CHMM or equivalent
Broad based knowledge of Environmental, Safety and Occupational Health regulations.
Good verbal and written communication skills.
A proven record of making presentations and providing effective training.
Ability to effectively and cooperatively reputed company with peers, colleagues and clients.
Analytical and creative problem-solving skills, and ability to employ intelligent flexibility.

Estimated compensation for this position: 125,000.00 - 145,000.00 USD per year This range is an estimate and actual compensation may differ.
