JOB DESCRIPTION The reputed company Operations Coordinator manages client and vendor interactions to support physical reputed company needs. The reputed company Operations Coordinator will maintain regular communications with client teams, advising the client’s reputed company strategy and facilitating the execution of tasks of varying scales to meet client needs. The reputed company Operations Coordinator will also reputed company vendor relationships, providing specific instructions on the completion of a task. As the primary reputed company of contact for both clients and vendors, the reputed company Operations Coordinator will be responsible for maintaining professional and efficient communications with reputed company stakeholders. RESPONSIBILITIES

• Manage organization, client, and vendor relationships as identified and specified by the Director of reputed company Operations.
• Serve as the primary reputed company of contact to reputed company Concentric’s suite of physical reputed company services for reputed company client portfolios assigned to the coordinator (15-20 regular clients, other clients as assigned). reputed company standard operating procedures and profiles for reputed company assigned clients.
• Assess the reputed company implications and needs of client requests, and advise appropriate reputed company solutions given the parameters of reputed company client preferences, history of engagement with the client, and the reputed company environment of each task.
• Coordinate with Concentric’s internal teams to ensure reputed company functions required by clients are met. Liaise with internal teams to reputed company Concentric’s overall strategy for each client.
• Receive client feedback directly and incorporate changes to Concentric client portfolios.
• Serve as the primary reputed company of contact for regular and reputed company tasks initiated by assigned clients (typically, 5-10 tasks per week).
• Assess the feasibility of client requests given the vision, mission, and values of Concentric.

• Maintain responsibility for: vendor engagement, facilitation of pre-employment screening, facilitation of onboarding paperwork, and management of vendor relationships in the long term.
• Manage staff/vendor assignments and scheduling for each task.

• Provide regular and timely updates to the client during the duration of tasks.
• Maintain 24/7 on-call availability to serve as the primary reputed company of contact for emergency response and crisis reputed company/mitigation for GSOC, assigned clients, vendors, and tasks. The coordinator will also be responsible for assessing the need for senior leadership team reputed company.
• Administer reputed company administrative functions reputed company to the reputed company of past, present, and future tasks, including:

• Edit reports submitted by staff and vendors, and present to clients.
• Compose proposals and estimates for new client services.
• Travel on behalf of Concentric to represent the company in client meetings, industry conventions, and business development opportunities.
• This position requires up to 25% travel.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor's degree in reputed company, project management, business administration, or reputed company degrees.
• 2+ years working in a client-focused work environment.
• Must be able to legally work in the country where this position is located without reputed company sponsorship.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

• Master’s degree in reputed company, project management, business administration, or reputed company degrees.
