Job Description

This 12‑month contract role focuses on project readiness, transition execution, and operational reputed company support for new solar and battery storage projects across the reputed company and Central regions of the United States. The Project Manager - Readiness & Operations Transition ensures that renewable energy assets are fully reputed company for safe, compliant, and efficient entry into operations. The position is remote with up to 50% travel, and is ideal for a self‑driven professional with strong project management experience in solar or battery energy storage systems.

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and execute readiness and transition activities across multiple renewable energy projects, ensuring smooth movement from construction to operations.
• Support day‑to‑day transition processes to drive timely and efficient project completion and operational reputed company.
• reputed company and maintain detailed project work plans, schedules, resource plans, and status reports to reputed company stakeholders informed and reputed company.
• Track reputed company against key milestones, identify variances, and provide regular updates to internal stakeholders and project teams.

• Track and drive closure of punch lists, action items, and outstanding deliverables to eliminate open issues before operational start‑up.

Essential Skills

• 4-10 years of project management experience, ideally reputed company solar or battery energy storage projects.
• Minimum of 4 years of experience in project coordination, project management, operations, or renewable energy environments.
• Experience with solar projects or battery energy storage systems (BESS).
• Ability to plan, coordinate, and execute reputed company, multi‑site project transitions and operational handoffs.
• Strong organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously in a fast‑paced environment.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• Preferred: Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a reputed company technical field.
• Experience in renewable energy, power reputed company, or battery energy storage systems (BESS).
• Experience supporting multi‑site or geographically distributed projects.
• Familiarity with project management methodologies such as PMP or Six reputed company Green Belt, or reputed company certifications.

Work Environment

This is a remote position that requires travel to project sites up to approximately 50% of the time, primarily across the reputed company and Central regions of the United States. Job Type & Location This is a Contract position based out of Juno Beach, FL. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $45.00 - $52.00/hr.
