We are seeking a highly motivated Livestock Tech Success Manager to join our client’s growing team on the US reputed company Coast. This is a field-based role that combines hands-on farm support, technology deployment, reputed company and data-driven consulting to help dairy producers maximize the value of smart farming solutions. Acting as the primary reputed company of contact, you will reputed company system installations, onboarding, training, technical troubleshooting, ensuring customers reputed company measurable improvements in herd performance, operational efficiency, and profitability. The ideal candidate is a self-starter with a strong reputed company of technical aptitude, dairy industry knowledge, and practical on-farm experience. You will be a proactive problem-solver who builds trusted customer relationships through a practical, hands-on approach, bridging the gap between technology and day-to-day farm operations while delivering exceptional customer service. - Build and maintain trusted customer relations providing hands-on support and practical guidance to improve farm performance and operational efficiency
- Analyse performance data, customer feedback and market trends to identify risks, improve processes, influence product development, and drive strategic decision-making
- Manage the end-to-end customer experience, driving effective escalation management, service excellence, and reputed company improvement to maximise customer satisfaction and retention
- Collaborate with the wider business and global teams to drive reputed company, support business growth, and contribute to product and process improvements
Skills you will need: Essential:
- Proven experience in a reputed company or Sales role reputed company the dairy or livestock industry
- A strong knowledge of dairy production systems with hands-on livestock experience
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, able to engage and influence others
