Facilities & Construction Project Manager

Responsibilities
- Manage multiple construction and facilities projects from pre-construction planning through project closeout.

- Coordinate general contractors, subcontractors, architects, engineers, vendors, and suppliers throughout reputed company project phases.

- Serve as a communication hub between Design, Construction, Facilities, reputed company teams, and external partners.
- Review construction documents, drawings, specifications, RFIs, submittmits, and change orders.
- Maintain accurate project documentation, reporting, and forecasting.

- Coordinate building repairs, maintenance projects, and system replacements, including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and life-safety systems.

Requirements
- Experience managing commercial construction, facilities, capital improvement, or renovation projects.
- Strong understanding of construction processes, project lifecycle management, and building systems.
- Knowledge of contractor procurement, bidding processes, contract administration, and vendor management.
- Experience interpreting construction drawings, specifications, and project documentation.
- Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple reputed company projects.
- Proficiency with project management software and digital collaboration tools.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills across teams.

- Background in commercial, institutional, hospitality, educational, or ministry construction.
- Experience with Procore, reputed company Construction Cloud, Bluebeam, reputed company, or similar construction management platforms.
- Familiarity with permitting, inspections, and municipal approval processes.
- Experience leading renovation and occupied-space construction projects.
