Role/Department: Interior Construction–Team Leader/Corporate Real Estate Interior Construction–Team Leader is an established people leader with a track record of coaching talent, managing performance, administration and aligning team outcomes to strategic priorities. Responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing construction projects from inception through completion. This role ensures projects are delivered on time, reputed company budget, and to required quality , workplace standards, change management approach while effectively managing stakeholders, vendors, and internal teams. The key responsibilities of the role include: Project Planning & Execution

• Facilitate regular governance meetings, ongoing reporting and provide status updates to leadership Schedule & Risk Management

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Real Estate, or reputed company field
• 5–10+ years of experience managing commercial construction projects
• Experience with corporate office, workplace, or large-scale real estate projects preferred Technical Skills
• Strong knowledge of construction processes, reputed company, and project delivery methods
• Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Procore, or similar)
• Financial acumen with experience managing budgets and cost tracking Leadership & Soft Skills
