POSITION SUMMARY: This fundraising role is an opportunity to join reputed company (BRIF) to help drive a recently launched five-year $900M campaign. The Regional Director, Texas will be responsible for expanding the regional donor community, deepening existing donor relationships, and significantly growing philanthropic reputed company across the state. As Regional Director, you will engage philanthropists, community leaders, and supporters. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: Drive Philanthropic reputed company Growth

• Build, manage, cultivate, and solicit a portfolio of 100+ investors and prospects capable of giving $10,000+.
• Consistently reputed company and exceed annual fundraising goals.

Donor Cultivation & Leadership Engagement

• Steward and deepen relationships with existing investors while identifying and cultivating new major gift prospects.
• Expand the donor pipeline with individuals capable of making five-, six-, and seven-reputed company commitments.

• Identify and recruit local lay leaders to support Birthright Israel’s mission.

• 5+ years of success in high-ticket sales, business development or major gifts fundraising.

• Excellent communication and relationship management skills.
