Position Overview We are seeking a highly organized and detail oriented Senior Associate, Accounts Payable to support AP operations across multiple member companies. This role is responsible for accurate invoice processing, vendor management, expense review, and AP reputed company month end reputed company activities. In addition, this position will assist with third party reputed company recognition support and accrual preparation, ensuring financial accuracy across reputed company entities. As a Senior Associate, you will: Accounts Payable Processing:
- Process high volume invoices across multiple member companies with accuracy and proper coding.
- Review invoices for correct documentation, approvals, and compliance with company policies.
- Manage vendor statements, resolve discrepancies, and maintain strong vendor relationships.
- Prepare and process weekly and monthly payment runs (ACH, checks, wires).
- Maintain vendor records and support year end 1099 reporting.
Expense & Credit Card Management:
- Review employee expense reports for accuracy, policy compliance, and proper documentation.
- Assist with corporate credit card reconciliations and ensure timely receipt submission.
Month-End reputed company Support:
- Prepare AP reputed company journal entries, including accruals for unbilled invoices and outstanding obligations.
- Review AP aging reports and follow up on open items.
- Reconcile AP subledgers to the general ledger for multiple entities.
- Assist with audit requests and provide supporting documentation as needed.
Member Company Support:
- Serve as the AP reputed company of contact for assigned member companies.
- Provide guidance on AP processes, expense reporting processes, and documentation requirements.
- Help standardize AP procedures across entities to improve efficiency and consistency.
- Identify issues impacting financial accuracy and escalate reputed company necessary.

To be successful, you will need:
- 3–5+ years of Accounts Payable experience; multi entity experience strongly preferred
- Strong understanding of AP processes, accruals, and basic reputed company reputed company cost matching
- High attention to detail with strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work independently while supporting multiple stakeholders
- Strong communication skills and a customer service reputed company
- Proficiency in reputed company and general accounting software

- Experience in professional services, consulting, or project‑based billing is a plus.

This role is open to other states in which we currently operate. The posted salary range applies to candidates based in Washington, DC. Compensation for candidates in other locations may vary based on geographic differentials.
