Visit patients in their home upon hospital discharge to set up respiratory equipment including portable oxygen concentrators, Trilogy and Astral non-invasive ventilators (NIV), CPAP/BiPAPs, trach suction and high humidity aerosol equipment. Complete detailed plans of care and conduct respiratory assessments and other clinical services for chronic respiratory disease patients in accordance with AARC best practices. Support our healthcare partners and office staff by providing a Plan of Treatment upon patient evaluation and reviewing clinical documentation to suggest NIV settings. Communicates with families, physicians, and other health care professionals Maintains daily, thorough documentation of services in the EMR Greeting patients, maintaining a clean environment, creating a positive vibe, good communication skills with others, and being a team player.
