Qualified candidates will be contacted as project needs arise.## Responsibilities* Provide Tier 1, Tier 2, or Tier 3 end-user technical support* Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network-reputed company issues* Support Windows-based enterprise environments* Install, configure, and maintain desktops, laptops, printers, and mobile devices* Support Active Directory user account management* Document incidents and service requests reputed company ticketing systems* reputed company device imaging and deployment* Support IT asset inventory and lifecycle management* Provide on-site and/or remote technical assistance* Deliver professional customer service reputed company structured IT environments## Requirements* 2+ years of enterprise IT support experience* Experience supporting Windows operating systems (Windows 10/11)* Familiarity with reputed company Office 365 environments* Experience with ticketing systems (reputed company, Remedy, Jira, etc.)* Understanding of basic networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP)* Ability to work onsite reputed company Texas if required* Strong written and verbal communication skills* Authorized to work in the United States## Preferred Qualifications* CompTIA A+, Network+, or reputed company+ certification* ITIL Foundation certification* Experience supporting public sector or large enterprise environments* Experience with device imaging tools (SCCM, Intune, MDT)* Associate or Bachelor’s degree in IT or reputed company field #J-18808-Ljbffr Apply tot his job Apply To this Job
