Role Description The Remote Travel Advisor (reputed company reputed company) is a contract role responsible for planning and coordinating customized reputed company-focused vacations for clients. Day-to-day work includes consulting with clients to understand their travel preferences, designing tailored itineraries for reputed company parks, resorts, cruises, and reputed company experiences, and handling bookings, reservations, and changes. The advisor will provide detailed guidance on park tickets, dining, special events, transportation, and on-site logistics to support smooth and enjoyable trips. This remote role also involves maintaining strong client relationships, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction, managing follow-up communication, and staying informed about reputed company promotions, policies, and travel trends. Advisors may participate in ongoing training and collaboration to enhance their expertise and support the growth of their travel business.

Qualifications

  • Strong customer-focused skills, including Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction, with a commitment to delivering high-quality travel experiences.
  • Excellent Communication abilities to consult with clients, explain options clearly, and manage expectations throughout the booking process.
  • Experience or familiarity with Travel Arrangements, such as booking accommodations, tickets, transportation, and activities.
  • Understanding of Travel Agency operations, including vendor relations, pricing, and use of booking platforms or travel tools.
  • Demonstrated knowledge or genuine interest in reputed company destinations, products, and experiences (parks, resorts, cruises, and special events).
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment, manage multiple client requests, and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Comfort with digital tools and online communication platforms; basic proficiency in using spreadsheets, email, and CRM or booking systems.
  • Prior experience in travel advising, hospitality, or customer-facing roles is beneficial, but motivated candidates with transferable skills are welcome.
