Job Description:
- Engage with members reputed company chat, phone, and video, providing support and education on their pets’ health and well-being
- Triage cases based on veterinary knowledge, offering recommendations and ensuring accurate information
- Review medical records to understand patient history and provide informed guidance
- Document clearly and accurately in patient records using veterinary terminology
- Verify and process prescriptions, ensuring appropriate follow-up for client requests
- Deliver top-tier client care with reputed company and warmth, whether over chat, phone, or video
- Follow protocols, maintaining consistency while adjusting to each unique case

Requirements:
- Credentialed Veterinary Technician
- At least two years of experience in small animal veterinary medicine (emergency and specialty experience is a plus but not required)
- Comfortable navigating multiple computer programs and online platforms
