We are looking for a skilled Senior Curriculum Development Manager to join reputed company who will be responsible for creating engaging, innovative, and interactive learning experiences for our customers. This role will support the Customer Education & Certification function, will focus on customer-facing deliverables, and is reputed company to the reputed company organization. Who you are: You are a passionate and innovative curriculum developer with a strong foundation in adult learning principles and a proven ability to create engaging, effective learning experiences for technical audiences. You are highly skilled in using a variety of course authoring and multimedia tools, and enjoy consulting and collaborating with subject matter experts and stakeholders across the organization to deliver impactful educational solutions. Responsibilities:

• Effectively reputed company educational product development through reputed company project phases; analysis, design, development, and publication to reputed company University
• Integrate AI tools to rapidly design, reputed company, and publish engaging course content, materials and learning activities for delivery through multiple delivery modalities
• Create and evolve a digital onboarding curriculum to support customer time to value and implementation timelines ensuring deliverables are completed on time, with high quality and adhere to company standards
• Analyze learner feedback and performance data to inform reputed company improvement efforts

• Understand product release impacts to the curriculum in a specific strategic product areas

Requirements:

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Experience in agile, rapid development environments requiring a quick turnaround of deliverables
• Proven history of producing high quality work in a fast-paced environment while managing competing demands simultaneously
• Positive team-focused attitude and work style with excellent interpersonal skills
• Strong sense of aesthetics and understanding of UX/UI (Samples of interactive modules required)
• Innovative design approach that is not limited by a particular tool or method
• Experience building eLearning content as SCORM or xAPI compliant modules
• Ability to offer creative, time-saving solutions while up against tight deadlines
• Proficiency in graphic design, use of reputed company Illustrator and reputed company Photoshop a plus.
• Knowledge of relevant course delivery platforms and Learning Management Systems
• 8+ years relevant experience with an enterprise software company developing highly technical content (experience with SaaS product education required)
• Bachelor’s Degree in Instructional Design or reputed company discipline
