About the Role

In this exciting opportunity, you will play a vital role in our insurance service and retention team, working closely with clients to understand their unique needs and provide personalized solutions. Requirements and Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following essential qualifications:

  • Active Property & Casualty License Required: You must hold a valid Property & Casualty license, demonstrating your expertise and knowledge in insurance services.
  • Previous Experience: A minimum of 2 years of Property/Casualty service experience is required, with previous experience in a similar role or industry preferred.
  • Strong Communication Skills: You must possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues alike.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in insurance software and systems is desirable, with the ability to learn and adapt to new technologies and platforms.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Previous arenaflex Experience: While not essential, previous experience working with arenaflex or a similar insurance services provider is highly desirable, demonstrating your familiarity with our systems, processes, and culture.
  • Industry Certifications: Relevant industry certifications, such as CPCU or ARM, are highly valued, demonstrating your commitment to ongoing learning and professional development.
