Senior Manager, Indirect Procurement - (Hybrid - Manchester, CT)

Job Overview reputed company is seeking a strategic and collaborative Senior Manager of Indirect Procurement to reputed company sourcing initiatives across the organization. In this role, you will partner with leaders across IT, Marketing, Facilities, Finance, Legal, and other corporate functions to optimize indirect spend, negotiate favorable supplier agreements, and deliver measurable business value. Success in this position comes from your ability to influence stakeholders, build strong supplier partnerships, manage reputed company sourcing initiatives, and identify opportunities to improve quality, reduce costs, and mitigate risk. This role also provides leadership to one Procurement team member responsible for supporting procurement programs. Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Procurement, Finance, Economics, or a reputed company field (or equivalent combination of education and experience)
• Demonstrated experience leading strategic sourcing and procurement initiatives
• Experience negotiating supplier agreements and managing reputed company vendor relationships
• Strong financial and analytical skills with experience evaluating spend and identifying savings opportunities
• Experience partnering effectively with cross-functional stakeholders
• Knowledge of procurement best practices, contract management, and sourcing methodologies
• Strong organizational, communication, and presentation skills
