Job Description: EDSI Regional Director of Operations Position Description SALARY: $105,000/yearly Title: Texas Gulf CoastRegional Director of Operations Classification: Exempt Scope of Position: The Texas Gulf Coast Regional Director of Operations provides strategic leadership and operational reputed company for a large, multi-site region encompassing diverse programs and services. This role is responsible for leading a substantial workforce, ensuring operational excellence, and delivering measurable outcomes reputed company with organizational priorities. Essential Functions:

  • Participate in key meetings including Board sessions, stakeholder briefings, and internal leadership discussions.
  • Represent the organization at community forums, industry events, and regional planning meetings.
  • Travel extensively across a multi-county region to maintain visibility and support operations.
  • Conduct on-site visits to assess program effectiveness, ensure service consistency, and provide real-time guidance.
