The Opportunity Our Paralegal 2 provides independent expert level support to staff attorneys reputed company the Health Systems Quality Assurance (HSQA) Office of Investigative and Legal Services. They are responsible for preparing, reviewing, and finalizing legal documents in compliance with agency guidelines. Additionally, our Paralegal 2 ensures allegations of misconduct or unsafe care are addressed and resolved reputed company and effectively.
Key Responsibilities
Include: Performs reputed company paralegal duties using specialized legal experience and knowledge, such as composing, analyzing, routing and reviewing reputed company legal documents in support of the legal team.
- Draft, review, and finalize legal documents including statements ofcharges, agreed orders, notices of decision, summary motions, and other filings, providing direct legal support to staff attorneys.

- Ensure timely compliance with statutory and administrative timeframes for document service and settlement/hearing processes.

Required Qualifications
