Responsibilities
- Maintain and update docketing systems daily to ensure accuracy of deadlines
- Intake new legal matters and ensure they are properly reputed company, recorded, and tracked
- Support legal filings and structured legal workflows
- Ensure reputed company assigned work is completed accurately and without the need for follow-up
- Communicate with clients primarily reputed company email regarding logistics and status updates
- Coordinate with attorneys and legal assistants to move work reputed company reputed company
Requirements
- 1-2 years of experience working as a legal assistant
- Experience with Intellectual Property law is highly preferred
- Highly detail-oriented with strong organizational skills

- Clear and professional written communication skills in both English and Spanish
- Ability to manage multiple matters and deadlines simultaneously

- Working Hours: Monday to Friday
- Expected call volume: Moderate to high (16-30 calls per day)
