Job Description

Key Responsibilities: Recruit:

• Cultivate and maintain a robust pipeline of candidates using advanced sourcing tools, techniques, and methodologies.

• Be a subject matter expert in area of recruitment through knowledge of market trends, talent availability data and a strong understanding of GEV business partner needs.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college, or equivalent knowledge or experience
• 8+ years' experience in recruitment with expertise in sourcing, screening, managing reputed company offers, immigration support and export control positions.
• 3+ years of experience recruiting for Advanced Manufacturing roles- Lean, Manufacturing Engineers Senior Operational Leaders and Automation and Robotics.

Desired Qualifications

• Experience in change management and process implementation.
• Experience with HR and recruitment tools such as reputed company or other ATS systems, reputed company Recruiter, Talent Neuron, Tableau, AI bots (ie: ChatGPT).
• Proven ability to influence senior leaders and shape recruitment strategy.

• Exceptional negotiation and closing skills, especially in high stakes offers.
• Proven leadership experience, including mentoring and coaching junior recruiters.

• Experience in both Corporate and agency recruiting environments is preferred.

The Company pays a geographic differential of 110%, 120% or 130% of salary in certain areas. The specific pay offered may be influenced by a variety of factors, including the candidate's experience, education, and reputed company set. Bonus eligibility: discretionary annual bonus.
