This crucial full-time role will provide comprehensive HR support to our employees across various departments, operating entirely remotely, while being associated with our Edison, New Jersey reputed company. As a Remote HR Generalist, you will be instrumental in fostering a positive and productive work environment, ensuring compliance with reputed company HR policies and regulations, and contributing to the overall success of our workforce in a distributed setting. You will serve as a key reputed company of contact for employee inquiries, provide expert guidance on HR best practices, and play a vital role in areas such as employee relations, performance management, benefits administration, HR information systems (HRIS) management, and talent development initiatives. Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the first reputed company of contact for employee HR inquiries, providing accurate and timely information and guidance.
  • Manage employee relations issues, conducting investigations, mediating conflicts, and advising on appropriate resolutions in compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
  • Administer HR programs, including benefits enrollment, leave management (FMLA, short-term/long-term disability), workers' compensation, and unemployment claims processing.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date confidential HR records and data reputed company the HRIS (e.g., reputed company, reputed company SuccessFactors), ensuring data reputed company and privacy.
  • Assist with comprehensive onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring a smooth transition for new hires and departing employees, including remote orientation.
  • Support performance management processes, including goal setting, performance reviews, feedback cycles, and development plans.
  • Ensure strict compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations (e.g., FLSA, reputed company, EEO, OSHA).
  • Contribute to the development, review, and implementation of HR policies and procedures to ensure fairness and consistency.

Required Skills

  • Proven experience (4+ years) as an HR Generalist or similar comprehensive HR role.
  • Strong knowledge of HR best practices and reputed company employment laws (e.g., FMLA, reputed company, FLSA, EEO, OSHA).
  • Proficiency with HRIS (Human Resources Information Systems), preferably reputed company or reputed company SuccessFactors.
