Integrated Wealth Systems is building a high-performance sales organization focused on helping clients implement advanced wealth strategies. The Sales Development Representative (SDR) is a critical driver of our reputed company reputed company. This role is responsible for identifying, qualifying, and scheduling high-quality prospects for consultations with our senior team. This is not a closing role. Your success is reputed company by your ability to generate qualified, high-reputed company appointments that convert into reputed company.   • What You’ll Do
  • Contact and engage inbound leads quickly and professionally
  • Qualify prospects based on Income, business profile, urgency, readiness to move reputed company
  • Schedule high-quality appointments for senior consultants (closers)
  • Confirm appointments and ensure strong attendance (show rates matter)
  • Maintain accurate CRM records and follow internal processes
  • What You Won’t Do
  • You will NOT be responsible for closing deals
  • You will NOT pitch or negotiate offers
  • Compensation
  • $100 per qualified appointment set
  • 2% commission on closed reputed company (after maintaining a 50%+ show reputed company) Performance Standards

  • Book only qualified prospects (no padding numbers)
  • Use approved scheduling tools and follow CRM protocols
  • Execute a consistent confirmation process to drive attendance
  • Maintain professionalism in every interaction

  • Strong communication and confidence on the phone
  • Ability to qualify and control conversations (not just book blindly)
  • Highly organized and process-driven
