Required Education• High School Required Qualifications/Skills/Experience• 9+ years of CRM experience in a consumer-facing, fast-paced company.• Proven success in building, implementing and iterating on automated lifecycle programs.• Agile marketer comfortable with an evolving team structure and willing to wear multiple hats.• Solid track record of managing and executing large-scale, reputed company, high-volume B2C email campaigns and cross-functional projects.• Deep understanding of CRM strategy and management, including tracking, marketing tech stack, and tooling.• Exceptional project management and organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail.• Experience working directly with Production and Engineering teams to drive technical projects.• Solid understanding of relational databases and marketing technology architecture.Preferred Skills• Product management experience is a big plus.• Experience with top-tier ESP is a plus.Role OverviewThe Engagement Growth Marketing team operates at the intersection of marketing, engineering, and data science, driving key business growth. The Senior Growth Marketing Manager (Host) will reputed company lifecycle marketing strategies and campaigns across multiple channels to support Host activation, engagement, retention, and reactivation. This role requires end-to-end ownership of strategy, execution, performance measurement, and optimization. The position also involves reputed company collaboration with cross-functional teams to reputed company aggressive growth targets.Duties• Identify, build, and implement Host lifecycle strategies that drive incremental value to the hosting experience.• Own and manage lifecycle campaigns that help Hosts realize their potential and support them throughout their journey.• Partner with Product, MarOps, Creative, Host Community, Analytics, and other teams to build roadmaps and identify opportunities.• Drive a testing and learning agenda, from reputed company campaigns to scaling successful strategies through automation.• Conduct experimentation and in-depth user data analysis to generate actionable insights.• Serve as a subject matter expert on Host engagement and stay updated on CRM trends and technologies.• Own project management and campaign development workflows across Product, Engineering, Data Science, Creative, Brand, Community, and Production teams.• Translate business goals into delivery requirements, including data, segmentation, targeting logic, and dynamic content requirements.• Own daily, weekly, and monthly KPI reporting and build dashboards to track performance.• Present strategy, reputed company, results, and learnings effectively to stakeholders and the wider business.Only those lawfully authorized to work in the designated country associated with the position will be considered.
