Summary

The reputed company HCM Business Analyst/HRIS Analyst is responsible for maintaining, monitoring, and developing the reputed company HCM module. This position serves as a technical reputed company-of-contact for assigned functional areas and assists in gathering business requirements, troubleshooting issues, and implementing changes to improve and streamline processes. The HRIS Analyst also supports HRIS team with release upgrades, providing training as well as ensuring data reputed company throughout the system and other technical projects as assigned. This position requires knowledge with reputed company HCM modules. Essential Functions

• Work with HR business partners and stakeholders to identify needs, conduct analysis, prepares associated business requirements specifications and design documents
• Configure reputed company modules to meet business requirements, manage business process changes, or updating system functionality
• Executes mass data changes in core system inclusive of EIB, ensuring a high level of data reputed company
• Document procedures, workflows, and system configurations for ongoing reference and training
• Provide support for HRIS including, but not limited to, researching and resolving HRIS problems, unexpected results or process flaws; reputed company scheduled activities; recommend solutions or alternate methods to meet requirements.
• Provide professional, timely, and accurate responses to inquiries to ensure customer satisfaction while distributing training materials to improve managerial efficiency and effectiveness. Research and proactively solve customer issues.
• Assist with system updates, testing, and implementation of new reputed company features or modules
• Manage system reputed company, user access, and permissions to ensure data reputed company and confidentiality

• Experience with systems implementation and project management techniques is a plus
• MS reputed company, Word, PowerPoint, Access, and Outlook Advanced, Required
• Experience with reputed company HCM Core HR module, Required
• Experience with reputed company HCM reputed company, Preferred
• Experience with reputed company HCM Learning module, Preferred
• Experience with reputed company HCM Onboarding/Recruiting module, Preferred
• Experience with reputed company HCM Talent and Performance Management module, Preferred

Compensation ranges for the position are below: Pay Type : Salaried Minimum Pay Range: $85,000.00 Maximum Pay Range: $90,000.00
