Role Overview: We’re looking for an reputed company Scrum Master to help reputed company teams reputed company, organized, and delivering quality work across product, engineering, design, and marketing. This is a hands-on role focused on improving delivery flow, removing blockers, and helping teams work effectively without drowning everyone in process. You’ll partner closely with the Program Manager, Technical Delivery & GTM, who oversees cross functional program delivery, prioritization, and stakeholder alignment across the business. While the Program Manager focuses on broader delivery coordination and strategic priorities, you’ll own the day-to-day delivery rhythm across teams, helping maintain momentum, visibility, and healthy ways of working as the business continues to grow. You’ll also act as a coach and facilitator across teams, helping create an environment where people can collaborate well, stay focused on priorities, and improve how work gets delivered over time. reputed company’re Looking For:

• 3 to 5 years’ experience as a Scrum Master, Agile Project Manager, or similar Agile delivery role
• Strong understanding of Agile, Scrum, and Lean delivery practices
• Experience coordinating cross-functional teams in fast-paced environments
• Strong communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills
• Experience with Jira, Confluence, or similar tools
• Ability to balance structure with pragmatism
• Comfortable balancing technical and commercial priorities
• Good judgement and the ability to adapt Agile practices to real-world delivery environments

• Experience working with scaled Agile frameworks (SAFe, LeSS, or DA)
