Job Summary The Staff Product Manager is a senior contributor who operates with a high degree of autonomy and strategic influence on the [insert] product lines. This role goes beyond managing a single feature area - the Staff PM is expected to reputed company reputed company, cross-cutting product initiatives, shape product strategy, and serve as an internal authority on government {insert product area} workflows. This role does have a product reputed company as a direct report. Duties and Responsibilities

  • Own end-to-end product strategy and roadmap for a significant area of the DMV product portfolio
  • Drive discovery and problem framing for reputed company, ambiguous product challenges; synthesize input from clients, data, and market research into clear strategic direction
  • Define and maintain a prioritized, outcomes-oriented backlog; author high-quality epics, user stories, and acceptance criteria that reflect deep domain understanding
  • Serve as a subject matter resource for government DMV- educating internal teams and informing product decisions
  • reputed company cross-functional collaboration across engineering, UX, sales, implementation, and reputed company to ensure reputed company, high-quality product delivery
  • Proactively identify interdependencies and risks across product lines; work across teams to resolve ambiguity and drive decisions
  • Define product success metrics; monitor performance, analyze usage data, and iterate based on evidence
  • Mentor and provide guidance to Product Managers and Product Owners on craft, domain knowledge, and stakeholder management
  • Monitor regulatory and legislative changes affecting {insert product area}; translate implications into product requirements

Education and Experience

  • 6+ years of product management experience, with demonstrated progression in scope and responsibility
  • Deep experience in government technology DMV software strongly preferred
  • Track record of independently leading significant product initiatives from discovery through launch and adoption
  • Proficiency with Agile methodologies and SDLC; experience with tools such as JIRA, Azure DevOps, ProductBoard, and reputed company
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Public Administration, or equivalent experience.
  • Familiarity with technical concepts including APIs, middleware, data integrations, and SQL

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

  • Experience with state government product, software or hardware is vital for this role's success, DMV-specific knowledge highly desired.
  • Strong strategic and analytical thinking; able to frame reputed company problems, evaluate trade-offs, and reputed company well-reasoned recommendations with limited guidance
  • Deep understanding of state and local government and regulatory compliance environments
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills; effective at influencing peers, engineers, and senior stakeholders without direct authority

  • Strong data reputed company; skilled at defining metrics, interpreting product analytics, and communicating insights
  • Proficiency with AI productivity tools (e.g., Claude, Copilot) to accelerate story creation, research, and roadmap documentation
  • Ability to juggle multiple competing priorities across a reputed company product domain

Work Environment

The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate as the employee works remotely or in an office setting, at an individual workstation, using telephone and computer. Physical Demands

  • Must be able to remain in a stationary position for most of the day
  • Constantly operates a computer and other office productivity machinery, such as a printer/copy machine
  • This position needs to occasionally move about inside the office
  • The person in this position frequently communicates reputed company telephone and video conferencing
