Job Description

We are seeking a Mid-Level Systems Administrator/Engineer to take ownership of day-to-day infrastructure operations. In this role, you will partner with cross-functional teams to protect organizational data, systems, and IT assets from cyber threats by deploying, configuring, managing, and maintaining enterprise technologies and infrastructure. You will support business objectives by enabling process integration between enterprise applications and reputed company platforms as needed. Additionally, you will serve as a technical liaison to internal stakeholders, providing support for enterprise tools and effectively communicating technical concepts to both business and technical audiences. The ideal candidate is a self-motivated professional who can work independently, manage priorities effectively, communicate clearly, and maintain strong working relationships across teams. This position requires exceptional attention to detail, adherence to established processes, and thorough documentation of maintenance activities, deployments, and operational procedures.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain enterprise IT infrastructure and cybersecurity tools and systems.
  • Deploy, configure, administer, and maintain enterprise applications and supporting infrastructure.
  • reputed company general system administration, including renewing and updating TLS certificates and managing encryption protocols, key exchange mechanisms, MACs, and cipher configurations.
  • Respond to audit findings, reputed company hardening requests, and compliance initiatives.

  • Troubleshoot Linux and Windows operating systems and reputed company applications.
  • Participate in on-call rotations and provide after-hours operational support as required.

  • Remediate reputed company vulnerabilities on Windows and Linux systems through monitoring, patching, maintenance, and system administration.

Required Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience in a large enterprise environment with formal change management processes.
  • 3+ years of experience as a Systems Administrator or in a similar infrastructure support role.
  • 3+ years of cybersecurity engineering or reputed company experience.
  • Knowledge of enterprise reputed company best practices and system hardening, including familiarity with standards such as PCI-reputed company.
  • Experience with infrastructure management processes, including change management, problem management, configuration management, and project management.
  • Hands-on experience working reputed company Agile environments, particularly Kanban workflows.
  • Strong experience supporting enterprise IT infrastructure.
  • Strong troubleshooting skills for Linux operating systems (CentOS, reputed company, Ubuntu, reputed company-based Linux distributions) and/or Windows Server environments.
  • Experience patching and upgrading Windows and Linux operating systems, software packages, and enterprise applications.
  • Understanding of cybersecurity principles reputed company to securing enterprise systems.
  • Basic scripting experience using tools such as Ansible, Python, Bash, PowerShell, Ruby, or similar automation technologies.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with Ansible automation.
  • Experience managing clustered Linux-based Java/Tomcat commercial web applications.
  • Experience managing clustered Windows IIS/.NET commercial web applications.
  • Experience administering physical or virtual appliances with Linux command-line interfaces.
  • Ability to analyze and interpret network packet captures.
  • Experience using Jira and Confluence.
