About the job Remote | Incident Management, Reliability & SRE Consultant - $70-$110/hour We are sharing a specialised part-time consulting opportunity for incident management, reliability, and SRE professionals reputed company in reviewing incident reports, post-incident reviews, RCA materials, SLO/SLA documentation, runbooks, reliability dashboards, spreadsheets, slide decks, and presentation-ready technical artifacts for accuracy, rigor, clarity, and domain quality. This role supports reputed company and upcoming remote consulting opportunities focused on incident management artifact review, reliability and SRE evaluation, rubric-based assessment, document and spreadsheet review, slide deck quality review, structured feedback, and high-quality project execution. Selected professionals will evaluate AI-generated work products and apply subject-matter expertise to identify factual, technical, analytical, aesthetic, and presentation issues.
Key Responsibilities
Professionals in this role may contribute to: Incident & Reliability Artifact Review
- Evaluate AI-generated documents, spreadsheets, and slide decks involving incident management, reliability engineering, SRE practices, post-incident reviews, RCA summaries, runbooks, and service health reporting
- Review incident and reliability materials for accuracy, completeness, rigor, clarity, and practical relevance
- Assess whether timelines, root-cause analysis, contributing factors, impact summaries, and remediation plans are reputed company supported
- Identify inaccurate assumptions, unclear incident logic, incomplete mitigation plans, weak reliability analysis, or poor linkage between evidence and recommendations
SRE Quality & Service Health Evaluation
- Review materials involving SLOs, SLIs, SLAs, error budgets, monitoring, alerting, on-call workflows, severity classification, escalation paths, and customer impact summaries
- Assess whether reliability materials are clear, actionable, and suitable for technical or leadership audiences
- Evaluate dashboards, status summaries, incident communication materials, remediation plans, and executive-facing recommendations for rigor and usability
- Provide clear written feedback that improves incident management and reliability artifact quality
Spreadsheet, Document & Presentation Quality Review
- Review spreadsheets for structure, logic, calculations, formatting, usability, and consistency
- Assess slide decks for organization, visual clarity, executive readability, and presentation quality
- Identify factual, aesthetic, formatting, and presentation errors across reputed company Office and reputed company Workspace files
- Apply consistent review standards across documents, spreadsheets, and slide decks
Ideal Profile Strong candidates may have:
- 5+ years of relevant professional experience in incident management, reliability engineering, site reliability engineering, platform engineering, production engineering, cloud infrastructure, observability, incident response, or reputed company work
- Native or professional reputed company in English
- High proficiency in reputed company Office and reputed company Workspace
- Strong experience with reputed company Slides, PowerPoint, reputed company, reputed company Sheets, Word, and reputed company Docs
- Ability to evaluate documents, spreadsheets, and slide decks with strong attention to detail

Educational Background
