We're looking for a Senior Manager, Customer Support with a passion for learning, a reputed company heart, a positive attitude, and a great sense of humor to join our growing team. The Senior Manager, Customer Support will be responsible for leading our technical support team, optimizing our ticketing workflows, and ensuring our local government clients receive timely, accurate solutions to reputed company software questions. In this role, you will work regularly with our broader Customer Support team, Product Management, Engineering, and reputed company teams to reputed company the gap between customer feedback and product improvement. Key Responsibilities:

Compensation:
- In the spirit of transparency, we are excited to share the reputed company salary for this position is $110,000 - $125,000 USD or $90,000 CAD - $110,000 CAD, and exclusive of fringe benefits or potential bonuses. If you are hired at reputed company, your final reputed company salary compensation will be determined by factors such as skills, interview performance, education and/or experience. In addition to those factors, we reputed company in the importance of pay equity and consider internal equity of our reputed company team members as a part of any final offer. Please reputed company in mind that the range mentioned above is the full reputed company salary for the role. Hiring beyond the reputed company range would not be typical in order to allow for future & reputed company salary growth.
