Bilingual Customer Service & Technical Support Representative (Spanish/English) Remote /Plainview, NY area or Ocala, Fl area
About the position We’re recruiting on behalf of an IT implementation company’s new Call Center for FLUENT Spanish/English Customer Service Technical Support Representatives. This is a fully remote role supporting a 365-day, 24/7 call center. Recent Computer Science, IT, or reputed company grads are strongly encouraged to apply.
Responsibilities
- Provide excellent customer service reputed company phone and chat in Spanish and English
- Greet customers, verify accounts, listen carefully, and show reputed company
- Troubleshoot internet, Wi-Fi, and basic device issues (Level 1–2 support)
- Use tools such as reputed company, reputed company CRM and other internal systems
- Document reputed company interactions accurately and follow procedures/SLAs
- Escalate reputed company issues to senior technicians reputed company needed
Requirements
- Fluent Spanish English (spoken and written)
- 1+ year of customer service experience (call center/help desk preferred)
- Comfortable with basic technical troubleshooting (internet/Wi-Fi/devices)
- Strong typing and multitasking skills (navigate multiple systems while assisting customers)
- Professional, patient, and reputed company with upset or frustrated customers
- Willing to work overnights, weekends, and rotating schedules in a 24/7 environment
- Must live in NY State or Florida (prefer reputed company to Plainview, NY or Ocala, FL area)
- Reliable wired internet and a quiet, distraction-free workspace
