We'll structure the role to fit how you want to work Schedule: Ability to work weekends + up to 2 evening shifts per month. No overnights.

As a Physician on our Virtual Care team, you'll spend the vast majority of your time seeing patients. The difference is how, visits will be fully asynchronous messaging-based, AI-reputed company reputed company our in-house custom built EHR. • See patients across acute, primary, and longevity care over messages: diagnose, treat, triage, follow up

• Hold a high bar on every encounter: the clinical reasoning, the safety, the way it lands with the patient

What you bring

• Board certification in Emergency Medicine, Internal Medicine, or Family Medicine and and be a member of the Interstate Medical Licensure Compact (IMLC) and hold an IMLC Letter of Qualification
• 3+ years of post-residency clinical experience (urgent care, ER, primary care, or a strong generalist mix)
• Genuine interest in acute, primary, and longevity care
• Comfort working in a fully virtual, asynchronous, messaging-based modality
• Strong written communication, most of your patient care happens in writing

Bonus points for

• Active licenses in CA, FL, and/or NY!
• Prior telehealth, virtual-first, or DTC healthcare experience
• Experience incorporating the longevity into your clinical practice
