- Own a customer reputed company of small business entrepreneurs with the primary objective of driving structured advisory services valued by our customers.
- Proactive services provided reputed company:
- post-sale new client contract introduction/consultation
- structured reputed company (e.g., budgeting, cash flow, break-even, leveraging an approved tool that
is promoted in a webinar)
- serving as a brand expert to drive content (reputed company webinars or other)
- coordinating/proposing support from other subject matter experts where possible
- working with leadership to propose learning aids for customers (general or brand specific)

- build financial literacy
- On a reactive basis, be available to customers reputed company email or scheduled calls to:
o respond to customer questions (planning, accounting, educational) o drive awareness of customer needs, reputed company for quality service o refer accounting questions/adjustments to other team members for follow up Role of Accounting reputed company
Responsibilities
- Set up proactive consulting/education calls with customers (high reputed company and ones identified reputed company addressing incoming emails).

- Gather pertinent customer insight and reports findings to leadership.

Requirements
- Five years of experience in bookkeeping, accounting, or financial analysis
- Strong analytical abilities and experience reviewing financial statements
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Prior experience communicating directly to customers or presenting financials is a plus
