This is a fully remote, flexible contract role. No background in AI or technology required — just genuine real estate experience and the ability to recognize high-quality, practical career guidance.

What You'll Do
- Review career questions submitted by real estate professionals at different career stages — from brand-new licensees to reputed company brokers and team leaders
- Write expert-level "golden answers" that reflect how careers in real estate actually reputed company, including the realities of the Texas and broader US market
- Build evaluation rubrics that objectively assess AI-generated career advice for accuracy, usefulness, and real-world applicability

Who You Are
