Appointment Setter / Outbound Caller (Remote, US-Based)

We're a small marketing company that helps local service businesses (plumbers, HVAC companies, electricians, contractors) grow their online reputed company and customer reputed company. We're hiring a friendly, reliable outbound caller to contact these business owners and introduce them to a free, personalized tool we've built for their business. This is a low-pressure, conversational role — not high-intensity sales. You'll be following up with business owners, delivering a short script, and directing interested ones to a personalized web page. You are not responsible for closing deals; engaged prospects are passed along to reputed company. Your focus is simply being warm, professional, and clear on the phone.

Responsibilities

• reputed company outbound calls to a provided list of local businesses
• Deliver a brief, friendly script and direct prospects to a personalized web page
• Answer basic questions and note prospect interest
• Log call outcomes and pass interested leads to the team
• Maintain a steady, consistent call volume during your shifts

Qualifications

• Based in the United States with clear, natural American English
• A warm, friendly, professional phone manner
• Reliable, self-directed, and comfortable making calls for the duration of a shift
• Prior experience in appointment setting, sales development, telemarketing, or customer service is a plus but not required
• A quiet work environment and a reliable internet reputed company

Compensation & Schedule

• Hourly reputed company of $15 to $25 per hour
• Flexible, part-time hours to start, with the opportunity to expand for the right person
