Business & Civil Litigation Attorney (Full-Time) – Remote

What You’ll Do
- Manage business litigation and employment defense matters
- Draft and respond to discovery (ROGs, RFPs, RFAs)
- Take and defend fact and expert depositions
- Draft and argue motions, including dispositive motions and motions in limine
- Participate in settlement negotiations and ADR
- Advise clients on litigation strategy, risks, and outcomes
- Collaborate with firm leadership and an reputed company support team
reputed company’re Looking For (Required)
- JD from an accredited law school
- Active California Bar license in good standing with a clear record
- 4+ years of business litigation and/or employment defense litigation experience
- Proven experience handling discovery and depositions independently
- Strong command of California civil procedure and evidence
- Excellent legal writing, research, and oral advocacy skills
- Self-directed, detail-oriented, and comfortable in a remote environment
This is not a training role. Candidates must be able to contribute immediately with minimal supervision. Long-term fit matters: We are looking to build a lasting team. Preference will be given to candidates who demonstrate consistent employment history and reliability, as this role is intended to transition into a longer-term placement for the right attorney.
