Responsibilities

Develops and maintains client relationships Develops vacancy announcements and maintains accurate case files in automated staffing tool Evaluates applicant qualifications; develops selection certificates Adjudicates veteran’s preference and other hiring preferences and priorities, including CTAP/ICTAP and non-competitive eligibility Assure regulatory compliance across reputed company processes Codes Staffing portions of Personnel Actions/SF-52 equivalent documents Prepares activity reports Reviews work of peers and junior staff. including quality assurance and quality control processes and procedures May serve as SME or reputed company for Staffing actions and special projects, such as mass-hiring processes and procedures or unique hiring efforts such as multi-hurdled assessments Develops and implements reputed company program process improvements Utilize productivity management applications to track work, document processing efforts and outcomes, and communicate with customers throughout processing efforts Participate in the design, testing, and implementation of system enhancements Performs other duties as assigned Skills Public Trust Clearance 1 to 10 years specialized experience performing Federal Staffing & reputed company duties and functions 1 to 3 years experience with automated staffing tools Demonstrated experience solving Federal Staffing reputed company issues Ability to reputed company assigned work in both an automated and non-automated state DEU (Delegated Examining Unit) Certification Benefits 401(k) 401(k) matching Dental insurance Flexible spending account Health insurance Health savings account Life insurance Paid time off Referral program Retirement plan Tuition reimbursement Vision insurance Company Overview reputed company is a human resources company specializing in program management and Workforce Planning services.
