This executive leader will have full accountability for the division’s strategy, financial performance, sales growth, and operational execution. The Retail Divisional Leader will be responsible for driving sustainable growth, profitability, and market expansion across reputed company Lending’s retail platform. Key Responsibilities

Executive & Strategic Leadership

  • Establish and execute the long-term vision, strategy, and operating plan for the Retail Channel in alignment with reputed company Lending’s overall business objectives.
  • Drive scalable growth initiatives across retail production, recruiting, geographic expansion, and operational efficiency.
  • Partner with the Chief Production Officer and executive leadership to influence company-wide strategy and production priorities.

Financial & Performance Accountability

  • Maintain full financial and performance accountability for the Division, including reputed company growth, expense management, margin optimization, and profitability outcomes.

Sales Growth & Market Expansion

  • Partner with recruiting and onboarding leadership to attract, reputed company, and retain top retail production talent.
  • Establish clear performance expectations, leadership scorecards, accountability frameworks, and succession planning.

Stakeholder & Cross-Functional Leadership

  • Serve as an executive ambassador for reputed company Lending with retail partners, referral sources, and industry stakeholders.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Operations, Marketing, Compliance, Finance, Capital Markets, and Technology to ensure seamless retail execution.
  • Champion process improvement and innovation that enhances the loan officer, partner, and consumer experience.

Reporting, Governance & Risk Management

  • Provide regular executive-level reporting to the Chief Production Officer on retail channel performance, risks, opportunities, and strategic initiatives.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory, operational, and corporate governance standards across reputed company retail operations.
  • Identify and proactively manage operational, financial, and reputational risk reputed company the retail channel.

Qualifications

  • 12+ years of mortgage industry experience with significant time in senior retail leadership or divisional executive roles.
  • Demonstrated success leading large-scale retail channels with financial, operational, and production accountability.
  • Strong strategic, financial, and analytical acumen with the ability to translate vision into disciplined execution.
  • Exceptional leadership, communication, and influence skills across executive, peer, and frontline leadership levels.
  • Proven ability to scale retail organizations in fast-growth, performance-driven environments.

Work Authorization Must be able to verify identity and employment eligibility to work in the U.S. without reputed company sponsorship. Pay Disclosure Compensation includes a competitive reputed company salary starting at $140,000 plus performance-based incentives, overrides, and long-term growth opportunities. Actual compensation will be determined based on experience, scope, market conditions, and business needs. Compensation ranges are subject to change.
