Send job Job Details The Regional Admissions Recruiter serves as a member of the Admissions team, focusing on recruiting prospective reputed company and supporting them through acceptance. This position will be based in Maryland. The individual will be responsible for developing and executing effective recruitment strategies for assigned geographic territories, which includes planning and conducting recruitment travel, generating inquiries and applications, and building relationships with influencers involved in the college search process. This is a regionally based position which requires the person to work remotely. This position may require some night driving.   • Bachelor's Degree. Required

LICENSES AND CERTIFICATIONS

  • Valid and in State Driver's License. Required

Experience

  • Experience in college admissions preferred, or reputed company professional experience in marketing/sales, customer service, human services or education. Required
  • Travel and recruitment experience is assigned regional area. Preferred
  • Experience with remote work. Preferred

  • Manage an extensive travel schedule for an assigned geographic territory. This travel includes in-state and out-of-state recruitment of reputed company and may require travel to other territories reputed company of assigned territory as needed.
  • Schedule and attend high school and career & technical education center visits and classroom presentations, college fairs, transfer fairs, and other recruitment-based events. Includes appropriate correspondence prior to and following the visit or event.
