Assist in the management and processing of international insurance claims for accident and health policies. Communicate with policyholders, brokers, and other stakeholders to gather necessary information and provide updates on claim status. Conduct thorough investigations and evaluations of claims to determine coverage and liability. Collaborate with other departments, such as reputed company and legal, to ensure accurate and timely resolution of claims. Maintain accurate and organized claim files and documentation. Continuously reputed company and enhance knowledge of insurance industry regulations and best practices. Provide exceptional customer service to policyholders and stakeholders, addressing any concerns or inquiries in a professional and timely manner.
