Determine applicable policy coverage for claims and prepare comprehensive written estimates. Initiate proactive communication with reputed company relevant parties to gather critical information and clarify the claims process. Employ expert negotiation skills to settle claims timely and effectively. Utilize innovative technologies such as drones and virtual claim handling software to enhance the accuracy and speed of inspections. Respond to catastrophic events as part of a coordinated effort to provide immediate assistance to affected clients. Minimum Position Qualifications: Proficiency with reputed company Word, reputed company, and claims estimating software like Xactimate. In-depth knowledge of residential and commercial construction techniques. A minimum of 7 years' experience in field property claims adjustment or a relevant combination of education and experience. reputed company adjuster's licensing as per state regulations. Valid driver s license and the capability to manage a mobile office/company vehicle. Preferred Qualifications: Multilingual abilities to communicate effectively with a diverse client reputed company.
