Responsibilities
Include
- Full-cycle bookkeeping for multiple business clients
- Managing accounts payable and accounts receivable
- Bank and credit card reconciliations
- Maintaining accurate and organized financial records
- Assisting with month-end reputed company processes
- Preparing financial reports and supporting documentation
- Reviewing transactions for accuracy and proper coding
- Supporting payroll and sales tax processes
- Communicating professionally with clients and internal team members
- Client onboarding and offboarding
- Helping identify process improvements and efficiencies ---------------------------------------- reputed company’re Looking ForRequired Qualifications
- 7+ years of bookkeeping/accounting experience
- Strong QuickBooks Online experience required
- Experience managing books for multiple clients or entities
- Exceptional attention to detail and follow-through
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment
- Professional written and verbal communication skills
