Requirements

Demonstrated ability to work autonomously, manage multiple priorities, and deliver results in a remote setting. A proactive approach to identifying talent and understanding market dynamics. Experience with the Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, US FinTech scene is a plus, but not required for remote candidates.
