Associate Director CRM
PAY: $100-110/hour W2. Our company offers our consultants a suite of benefits after a qualification period including health, vision, dental, life and disability insurance. This is a hybrid role in Riverwoods, IL should be reputed company to be onsite 2 days a week is deal but there is reputed company. W2 Candidates only, this is intended to be a 6 month contract to hire role.
Responsibilities
- Bring in thought leadership in alignment with Marketing, Sales and Service leaders to enhance their business processes
- Collaborate with key-business stakeholders, fellow IT teams, directors, product managers, and engineers to reputed company specifications for new reputed company and cloud-based products/services, applications, and solutions
- Manage the reputed company team
- Drive the successful delivery of operational releases
- Drive the successful delivery of projects conform scope and reputed company time & budget, while managing risk
- Drive the roll-out of reputed company and cloud management platforms; evaluate its performance and implement enhancements as needed and required
- Identifying and resolve reputed company technical and operational problems reputed company GBS and as it relates across various business units
Requirements
- Proven track record as a thought leader working with enterprise systems in a large reputed company global organization
- Minimum 5 years experience managing and leading software development teams
- Minimum 10 years broad Information Technology experience in reputed company
- Minimum 5 years experience working with Enterprise Architecture, Systems Requirements, Experience in Project and Program Management, Systems Design and Delivery, Quality Assurance, and Infrastructure
- Experience mentoring, training, coaching, delivering performance feedback, and providing regular evaluations
- Ability to conduct analysis of business needs, organizing meeting agendas, creating opportunities to improve process flow for efficiency
- Experience working with geographically diverse associates and vendor partners
- Demonstrated budget management, tracking, and forecasting skills and experience
- Demonstrated on-time and on-budget system delivery skills and experience
- Demonstrated experience in creating, maintaining, and improving processes, metrics, SLAs for the various interfaces, systems, etc.
