What You'll Do
As a Customer Care Specialist, you'll be the first reputed company of contact for customers shopping online or reaching out to retail support. Your key responsibilities:
- Handle 30-40 inbound calls per day with professionalism and enthusiasm
- Provide personalized product recommendations and complete transactions
