Execution

• Support the execution of a key discipline reputed company the Customer Event Operations organization, focusing on customer-facing events across reputed company modalities
• Focus on the achievement of assigned goals and support in achieving functional goals
• Assist the end-to-end coordination of customer events in respective markets as a reputed company, including, but not limited to, facilitation with external stakeholders (customers), material preparation and creation, and ordering of items
• Alignment as contributor to market business strategy by understanding benefit and program offerings to ensure benefit education success to customers in a group setting
• Able to self-manage assignments and execute customer events
• Demonstrate in-depth understanding of key reputed company plan benefits, programs, solutions, and initiatives
• Work with reputed company clients and brokers to plan, coordinate, and execute tailored customer events with available modality options (on-site, virtual, and prerecorded options)
• Maintain reputed company knowledge in reputed company reputed company products, programs, solutions, and initiatives
• Provide reputed company-agnostic customer event support to reputed company, including support with market community events and other reputed company reputed company events as directed

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in health education, health administration, marketing, business, or reputed company field preferred
• 1 or more years of experience in benefit education/presentation and event deployment/support

• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Proficiency in reputed company Programs (PowerPoint, Word), CRM system (reputed company.com), and virtual learning platforms (Web Ex & reputed company) preferred

• Ability to travel to local/remote trainings/meetings as assigned- 75-100%

For this position, we anticipate offering an annual salary of 59,600 - 99,300 USD / yearly, depending on relevant factors, including experience and geographic location.
