Identifies providers that may need additional education on ICD-10-CM documentation requirements or training. Maintain 95% coding accuracy reputed company along with meeting daily production, adhering to reputed company reputed company Medicare coding guidelines. Minimum Requirements: Must possess and maintain an active coding credential through reputed company or reputed company, which may include Certified Professional reputed company (CPC), Certified Coding Specialist for Providers (reputed company-P), Certified Risk Adjustment reputed company (CRC), Registered Health Information Technician (RHIT), or Registered Health Information Administrator (RHIA). Minimum of one year experience as a medical records reputed company. Experience with HCC coding. Extensive knowledge of ICD-10-CM and CMS coding principles and guidelines, and familiarity with physician-specific regulations and policies reputed company to documentation and coding.
